Description
A vibrant Red-crested Cardinal is perched on a green grass field. Its plumage includes a sharp contrast between the vivid red head and the more subdued gray of its body and wings. Though this beauty has a strong resemblance to the Cardinals of North America it is actually in the Tanager family. Native to Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay. They were also introduced to Puerto Rico and to Hawaiʻi.
Perfect for your office or home. Fine art prints, puzzles, greeting cards and many home products are available.

It would be lovely to have them visit my house. Such pretty birds! Thank you so much, Mary. So happy you could enjoy them!

The red on this bird is amazing. We had many of these in Hawaii. They seemed to love our property too. And they can be fairly friendly if you don't scare them.

Very nice! These are quite common in southern Bolivia, didn't know they´d been introduced to Puerto Rico and to Hawaiʻi

I've seen these in the zoo. Beautiful bird, and you've done a nice job of showing all the details!
